Ａ：.All tour fees include pick-up to and from your hotel in the areas below. If you are joining a delux or standard cruise, there is also a pick-up service to and from the airport as well as the areas below. If you need to be picked up from areas not included in the list below, there may be an additional charge. If you are likely to be arriving after the meeting time orleaving earlier than the normal pick-up time, there may be additional pick-up charges. Khao Lak free pick areas:
Ａ：If your tour departs from the port at night, as long as you arrive at Phuket International Airport that evening you will be picked up at the airport and able to board your cruise ship. Pick-up times from the airport on the day of embarkation tend to vary depending on the ship you are using but as long as you arrive by 18:00 you will be picked up without any problem. If you are arriving later than this time, please contact the staff at Hoboya Similan. If you are joining a tour that leaves early in the morning, unfortunately even if you arrive on the first flight of the day, you will not be in time for the pick-up. We appreciate your understanding.
Ａ：On the last day of the cruise, we can take you straight to Phuket International Airport after disembarkation. However, if the boat arrives back late or you miss your flight for any other reason, we, and the cruise ship company, will not be responsible. We appreciate your understanding and strongly recommend that you book a flight with a schedule that gives you plenty of time. Furthermore, to prevent decompression sickness, if you are going to fly straight after disembarkation, you will not be allowed to dive for 24 hours before your flight's departure time. We cannot offer refunds for any dives you are not allowed to do. We appreciate your understanding.
Ａ：Khao Lak is a relatively new resort area that's around 25 minutes away and close to Thap Lamu Pier where our ships go to and from the Similan Islands. If you are joining a tour that leaves early in the morning it will be more convenient to stay in Khao Lak the night before the tour so you'll spend less time getting to the port. However, Khao Lak is a new resort with very few restaurants and tourist attractions so if you are staying for several days or need to stay somewhere after your cruise, we recommend that you stay in Phuket. Below is the amount of time required to get to Thap Lamu Pier from each area. Duration to Taplam pier：
Ａ：On almost all our tours, once we pick you up from your hotel we will head straight to the boat so as a rule we do not look after any luggage on land. However, we can look after any suitcases you won't need during the tour in stock rooms on the ships. If you are staying at the same hotel before and after your cruise, you will also be able to leave luggage at the hotel reception. If you have something that you insist we look after, please contact the staff at Hoboya Similan.
Ａ：Hoboya Similan offers day trips to Phuket and surrounding areas. If you would like to go to those areas, such as Kata Beach or Raya Yai Island, you can do so on the same day as a tour that departs at night.
