Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your reserved tour or spa, please notify us by email at the address below. For cancellations after your arrival in Phuket or Khao Lak, please contact us directly by phone.

Please note that cancellation fees will be applied according to the conditions below. (*The detailed cancellation policy may vary depending on the tour or spa. Please read it carefully along with your reservation confirmation email.)

Cancellation Terms

From confirmation of booking to 10 days prior to departure: National park fees / bungalow charges are non-refundable
From 9 days until 4 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
Less than 3 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost

If you are unable to participate due to being late for the meeting time or if your participation cannot be confirmed, it will be treated as a "same-day cancellation," and the cancellation fee will apply. Date or tour changes and refunds are not possible.
In the event that the tour cannot be conducted due to natural disasters, unforeseen accidents, political unrest, strikes, or other force majeure, or if the safety of participants cannot be guaranteed, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, the tour fee will be fully refunded.
