This trip starts in the Similan Islands where you'll enjoy healthy coral reefs and colorful coral fish over the gentle slopes at the fringe of the islands. This will help you get used to the environment at the beginning of the trip. On Day 2, the boat heads north to Koh Bon in the afternoon. A famous dive site there called West Ridge is a Manta Ray cleaning & feeding station. Further north at Koh Tachai Pinnacle, one of the area's most stunning dive sites, you can expect huge schools of fusiliers and predators such as Jacks, Giant Trevallies and Barracudas. The highlight of the trip is Day 3 at Richelieu Rock, one of Thailand's best dive sites. A huge tower of limestone covered with Anemones and Soft Corals rises up from 35m to the surface. On the wall around the main rock are many holes and cracks that provide good hiding places for small marine life. A great variety of schooling fish pass around the site and whale sharks are spotted occasionally.
Spotted often at West Ridge (Koh Bon).
